- Growing Tenacity
There is a greenhouse in Cortelazzo, Italy, near the Adriatic Sea. The owners are long absent and the remaining vegetation has been left to fend for itself. As a result, the structure is on the verge of being reclaimed by the very organisms it was designed to nurture.
The nearby farm was in a similar condition. Pigeons had populated the henhouse and long grasses were swaying in the fields once used to grow crops. In many ways, the farm continued to grow and foster animals. Only the caretakers had jumped ship.
